Wood-fired grain dryers (husk)
Kepler Weber grain dryers with heat generators on firewood (husk). In the grain dryer drying of grain, with the heat generator on firewood, there is a 70% of volume of mines and cooling of 30% of mines of grain dryers then, the following long storage of grain is possible. The outside air that has passed through the protection section is extracted in the hot dry grain of heat and mixed with the main object of air drying, which saves fuel and electricity. Drying in the drying column of grain dryers without protection is possible, for increase of productivity by 7-10%, with the subsequent cooling in silos. All wood-fired grain dryers can be equipped with both a gas (diesel) burner and a wood-fired heat generator. Starting from the ADS 40 R model, wood-fired grain dryers, already in the basic version, are equipped with cyclo-fans for the disposal of dust and debris from the air used for drying. A wood-fired grain dryer is the most cost-effective tool for drying grain on the Ukrainian market. The cost of drying grain with wood is 3 UAH / tonne percent.
